تجربة «كيف عرفتنا» على متجر تجريبي

خطوات تجربة التطبيق من التثبيت إلى ظهور النتيجة في التقارير: كوبون، ومؤثر، وطلب، وإجابة في صفحة الشكر.

قبل البدء

  • إذا ما فيه اشتراك أو تجربة فعّالة، يحصل المتجر التجريبي على كل المزايا (مستوى الباقة الاحترافية). وإذا بدأت تجربة عند التثبيت، اختر باقة النمو أو الاحترافية عشان تجرّب المؤثرين والعائد (الباقة الأساسية ما فيها سجل المؤثرين ولا قائمة البحث عن المؤثر).
  • التطبيق يفتح داخل لوحة تحكم سلة، بدون حساب أو تسجيل دخول منفصل.
  • البطاقة تظهر في صفحة الشكر فقط بعد طلب فعلي من واجهة المتجر، ولا تظهر في معاينة الثيم.

الخطوات

  1. ثبّت التطبيق على المتجر التجريبي

    بعد التثبيت يشتغل الاستبيان مباشرة بسؤال وخيارات جاهزة، ونبدأ استيراد طلبات آخر 90 يومًا تلقائيًا.

  2. افتح التطبيق

    من التطبيقات المثبتة في لوحة تحكم سلة للمتجر التجريبي، أو مباشرة من الرابط s.salla.sa/embedded/app/2124698839/dashboard. يظهر التطبيق بثلاث تبويبات: «نظرة عامة»، «المؤثرون والعائد»، «الإعدادات».

  3. أنشئ كوبون في سلة

    من قسم التسويق في لوحة سلة أنشئ كوبون تخفيض، مثل TEST10.

  4. أضف مؤثرًا وحملة

    في تبويب «المؤثرون والعائد» اضغط «إضافة مؤثر» أعلى الصفحة، وأدخل الاسم والمنصة، واكتب TEST10 في «أكواد الخصم»، ثم احفظ. بعدها اختر «إضافة حملة» وحدد المؤثر ووقت نشر الإعلان والتكلفة.

    لتشوف توصية «جدّد» مباشرة، خلّ التكلفة صغيرة (أقل من ثلث قيمة الطلب التجريبي). الحملة اللي نزلت قبل أقل من 72 ساعة وعائدها أقل من 3 أضعاف تظهر «بيانات غير كافية».

  5. اطلب من واجهة المتجر

    سجّل دخول كعميل، وأكمل طلبًا باستخدام الكوبون TEST10 بطريقة دفع تُكمل الطلب.

  6. جاوب في صفحة الشكر

    تظهر بطاقة «كيف عرفت عن متجرنا؟» أسفل الصفحة. اختر «مشهور/مؤثر»، ثم ابحث عن اسم المؤثر واضغط عليه، وتظهر رسالة «شكراً لك!».

  7. شوف النتيجة في التطبيق

    في «نظرة عامة» تظهر الإجابة والطلب والإيرادات في جدول «من أين جاء عملاؤك؟» مع مصدر الإسناد. وفي «المؤثرون والعائد» يظهر الطلب والإيرادات والعائد للمؤثر في جدول «العائد على كل مؤثر».

أشياء إضافية تقدر تجرّبها

  • الإعدادات: عدّل نص السؤال بالعربي والإنجليزي، ورتّب الخيارات، وأضف خيارًا خاصًا (حتى 5)، وشوف «معاينة البطاقة في صفحة الشكر»، ثم «حفظ الإعدادات».
  • تصدير CSV: من زر «تصدير CSV» أعلى صفحة «نظرة عامة»، يصدّر الطلبات مع مصدر كل طلب.
  • كوبونات المسوقين: عند إضافة مؤثر تظهر «كوبونات المسوقين في متجرك» كاقتراحات.
  • الحذف: حذف التطبيق من المتجر يحذف كل بيانات المتجر عندنا. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

إذا ما ظهرت البطاقة أو ما انحسب الطلب

  • تأكد أنك في صفحة الشكر بعد طلب جديد، وليس في معاينة الثيم.
  • لازم تكون مسجّل دخول بنفس حساب العميل صاحب الطلب، والإجابة مقبولة خلال 3 ساعات من إنشاء الطلب.
  • بعد الإجابة أو إغلاق البطاقة ما تظهر مرة ثانية لنفس الطلب في نفس المتصفح. للتجربة مرة ثانية سوِّ طلبًا جديدًا.
  • قائمة البحث عن المؤثر تظهر بعد إضافة مؤثر نشط واحد على الأقل.
  • الطلبات الملغاة أو اللي حالتها بانتظار الدفع أو فشل الدفع ما تنحسب في الطلبات والإيرادات.
  • إذا وصلت الإجابة قبل وصول الطلب من سلة، تنحفظ مؤقتًا وتتأكد تلقائيًا أول ما يوصل الطلب، فحدّث صفحة التطبيق بعد دقيقة.

Testing Kaif Araftna on a demo store

Steps to test the app end to end, from install to results in the reports: a coupon, an influencer, an order and an answer on the thank-you page.

Before you start

  • With no active subscription or trial, a demo store gets every feature (Pro level). If a trial starts on install, choose Growth or Pro to test influencers and ROI (Starter has no influencer ledger and no influencer search list).
  • The app opens inside the Salla dashboard, with no separate account or login.
  • The card shows on the thank-you page only, after a real order from the storefront; it does not show in the theme preview.

Steps

  1. Install the app on your demo store

    The survey goes live right away with a ready question and options, and the last 90 days of orders start importing automatically.

  2. Open the app

    From the installed apps in the demo store’s Salla dashboard, or directly at s.salla.sa/embedded/app/2124698839/dashboard. It has three tabs: Overview, Influencers & ROI, and Settings.

  3. Create a coupon in Salla

    In the Salla Marketing section, create a discount coupon, for example TEST10.

  4. Add an influencer and a campaign

    In “Influencers & ROI”, tap “Add influencer” at the top, enter a name and platform, put TEST10 in “Discount codes”, and save. Then choose “Add campaign” and set the influencer, the time the ad went live, and the fee.

    To see the “Renew” verdict right away, keep the fee small (under a third of the test order total). A campaign that aired less than 72 hours ago with less than 3× return shows “Not enough data”.

  5. Place an order on the storefront

    Log in as a customer and complete an order with the coupon TEST10, using a payment method that completes the order.

  6. Answer on the thank-you page

    The “How did you hear about us?” card appears at the bottom of the page. Tap “Influencer”, search for the name and tap it; a “Thank you!” message appears.

  7. Check the results in the app

    Overview shows the answer, the order and its revenue in the “Where did your customers come from?” table, with the attribution source. Influencers & ROI shows the order, revenue and return for the influencer in the “Return per influencer” table.

More to try

  • Settings: edit the question in Arabic and English, reorder options, add a custom option (up to 5), check the thank-you card preview, then save.
  • CSV export: the “Export CSV” button at the top of Overview exports orders with the source of each order.
  • Marketer coupons: when adding an influencer, “Marketer coupons in your store” are suggested.
  • Deletion: uninstalling the app deletes all of the store’s data on our side. Details in the Privacy Policy.

If the card does not show or the order is not counted

  • Make sure you are on the thank-you page of a new order, not the theme preview.
  • You must be logged in as the same customer who placed the order, and answers are accepted within 3 hours of the order being created.
  • After answering or closing the card, it does not show again for the same order in the same browser. Place a new order to test again.
  • The influencer search list appears once at least one active influencer is added.
  • Canceled orders and orders with payment pending or failed are not counted in orders and revenue.
  • If the answer arrives before Salla delivers the order, it is held and confirmed automatically once the order arrives; refresh the app after a minute.
